why not just buy the CD,
it will not cost you a lot, another thing is are you sure that it will run in your system once you download it succesfully, some download programs especially games do not run perfectly in the system. hope it will run if you 1200% downloaded it

There is not enough seeders with all the file parts.. Got to wait for more seeders or look for another tracker with the same file.
its because there is not enough sources to supply the files u need. before you download things check the health level, since its an old game many people dont have it, try nba 07.
be careful when writing or responding to key words such as seeders leechers , bit torrent , limewire .
the extended formulated destination is incorrect so check your internet properties...........go to tools on the top your internet explorer then go to internet options then connections then lan settings then tick the box that says automatically detect settings ok then the operation should work
