MVP's for Spurs this year is Manu Ginobili even above their perennial MVP so far, which is Tim Duncan.
Suns MVP is still Steve Nash although he is and the team are a bit down. Amare is a close second.
Rockets MVP is still Yao Ming, even though he is injured and out for the year. Give it time, the Rockets will miss him and wear down despite their current winning streak.
Involved question, but thanks!
